Positive Home Value Numbers for the DC Area.


The S&P/Case Shiller 20 City Index for October reveals Washington DC home values increased on a year over year basis. Although, just released (this info always lags behind other data) this information is highly regarded and is often seen as the barometer of what’s to come in the real estate market. Only 4 markets experienced home value increases with DC leading the way with a 3.7% gain.
